Our game development company is seeking a talented and passionate Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies, as well as experience in tech fields. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects from concept to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. This individual will be responsible for guiding the development process, managing resources, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional gaming experiences to our players.

- Train new employees in Agile(scrum) principles
- Conduct and report monthly health checks. Form the plan of improvement activities and follow-up and take ownership of monitoring and alerting the execution.
- Manage initiative phases – lead execution phase of initiatives
- Identify impediments within retrospectives and try to fix them by implementing all needed parties (Improvements Backlog)
- Monthly 1:1 meetings with team members, get all negative or positive aspects that can affect the team or individuals. Form the plan of improvement activities and follow-up and take ownership of monitoring and alerting of the execution
- Take responsibility for team performance and represent improvement plans.
- Mentor team in daily scrum
- Monitor and alert team performance and productivity metrics
- Assist the team in the execution process to make sure everyone is on the same page, remove any impediments assist the team to make sure deadlines are met
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management roles within related technology fields, such as software development, interactive media, or digital entertainment industries.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with a demonstrated ability to apply these principles effectively
- Excellent management skills, with experience in managing , schedules, and resources using Agile techniques.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
- Ability to identify and manage risks and challenges in the development process using Agile methodologies.
- Passion for video games and a strong interest in learning about the gaming industry.
