We are looking for Customer Support for our Bebi Family team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests via Email, Google Play, and App Store channels
- Provide clear, friendly, and timely assistance to users
- Identify, document, and escalate technical issues or potential bugs to the development team
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions
- Follow internal support guidelines to ensure consistency and high-quality communication
- Monitor user feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the support process
Requirements
- Basic understanding of Google Play / App Store processes
- Strong written English communication skills
- Prior experience in online customer support
- Responsible, reliable, and proactive work ethic
- Strong time management and ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently
