We are looking for an Analytics Specialist/Product Data Analyst for our Bebi Family team.
About the Role
We are looking for an Analytics Specialist/Product Data Analyst who can deeply analyze mobile app data, build models, create dashboards, and uncover user behavior patterns. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Monetization teams to improve retention, conversion, and revenue through data-driven decisions. Experience in commercial products, mobile apps, in-app purchases, or subscription-based systems is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze user behavior across mobile apps (iOS & Android)
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for Product, Marketing, and Management
- Track and analyze:
- User acquisition
- Retention & cohorts
- Funnels & conversion rates
- Subscriptions, in-app revenue, churn, LTV, ARPU
- Develop predictive and behavioral models (segmentation, churn prediction, monetization patterns)
- Identify patterns, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Design and analyze A/B tests
- Work with raw event data and product instrumentation
- Translate complex data into clear business insights
- Support decision-making with structured data analysis
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to define analytics events
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product analytics, business analytics, or data analysis
- Strong knowledge of:
- SQL
- Data visualization tools (Power BI)
- Strong understanding of:
- Funnels
- Cohort analysis
- Retention & churn
- LTV & monetization metrics
- Ability to turn data into business recommendations
- High attention to detail and analytical thinking
Big Plus
- Experience in mobile gaming, working with apps with subscription or in-app purchase models
- Experience with BigQuery, Python, or R
- Experience in commercial platforms where users purchase goods or subscriptions
- Knowledge of SKAdNetwork / attribution systems
- Mobile analytics platforms (Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust)
- Experience working in A/B testing frameworks
