We’re seeking a talented Agile Delivery Manager to streamline workflows and support our teams in the smooth, consistent delivery of high-quality mobile games.

Employment Type: full-time
Hybrid Format: Office days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Flexible Hours: Start your day anytime between 09:00 and 11:00.
Location: Shartava St., Saburtalo.

 

What you’ll do

Agile Process & Facilitation:

  • Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Ensure ceremonies are purposeful, time-boxed, and outcome-focused.
  • Mentor Product Owners and team members on Agile roles and responsibilities.

Team Support (Servant Leadership):

  • Support the team by identifying and addressing blockers and implementing necessary workflow changes.
  • Conduct regular team health checks and initiate appropriate actions.
  • Promote team collaboration and boost individual motivation.
  • Enhance team members’ ownership and self-organization.
  • Conduct 360-degree evaluations and share feedback.

Delivery Support:

  • Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery, identify risks, and take steps to mitigate them.
  • Track Sprint progress and obstacles to ensure optimal results.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a well-prepared, clear, and prioritized backlog.
  • Support Agile teams to stay focused on objective, ensuring they deliver maximum value and quality outcomes each Sprint.
  • Create feedback mechanisms at both team and organizational levels.

Training and Facilitation:

  • Plan and deliver Agile workshops, onboarding sessions, and learning events.
  • Facilitate Value Stream Mapping, systems thinking sessions, and Agile Health Checks.
  • Facilitate cross-team workshops and alignment sessions to support collaboration and open communication across different teams.
  • Assist teams and leadership in defining and tracking key metrics (e.g., velocity, bug rate, cycle time, Planned vs. Done ratio) to enable data-driven decision-making.

 

We expect from you:

  • 4+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Manager.
  • Proficiency in modern collaboration tools, preferably Jira, and a highly responsible approach to coaching, execution support, and ongoing delivery monitoring.
  • Strong ability to guide teams using Scrum principles, focusing on discipline, accurate estimation, commitment tracking, and performance measurement.
  • Fluency in both English and Georgian, coupled with excellent communication, teamwork, organization, and leadership skills.
  • A pragmatic and flexible mindset, someone who balances structure with practicality, avoiding over-reliance on rigid frameworks or just blindly following rules.
  • Growth mindset and high proactivity, with the ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic environment and focus on what actually works in practice to deliver real value.
